Attachment Storage

Depending on your plan Xenon Vault will store message attachments up to a certain size. Message attachments include images, videos, and other files uploaded to Discord.

The attachments are secuely stored in a separate storage from the rest of the data and are only accessible to members of your vault.

When a message is restored Xenon Vault will download the attachment from the storage system and upload it back to Discord. You can also download attachments from the Snapshot Viewer.

Attachment Expiry

Because storage and bandwidth isn't free, we only guarentee to store attachments for 30 days. To make sure you always have access to your attachments, we recommend you to create a snapshot of your server at least once a month.

You can use the Snapshot Schedules to automatically create snapshots of your server and never lose any data.
